This section introduces the process of customizing products that require the production of molds。If the customer has their own design or special requirements for the product, we are more than happy to assist in the design and provide mold making services at the same time.
drawing design
We'll design 3D drawings based on the samples or pictures provided by the customer and send them to the customer for confirmation.this part may need 5-7days.
prototype making
After confirming the drawings, We can make prototype samples based on the drawings and provide them to the customer to confirm if further adjustments are needed.this part may need 5-7 days.
mould making
After confirming all the above, we start making the mold.this part may need 40 days.
sample making
After the mold production is completed, we provide real samples to the customer for confirmation.this part may need 5-7 days.
bulk production
After sample confirmation, we accept the order and proceed with bulk production.our lead time for one 40HQ container products is about 30 days.
